When we look at good health, we soon realize that fun, joy, happiness, Entertainment, and Recreation are fundamental components of healthy living.
 
“Laughter Is Good for the Soul” is a phrase we are all familiar with. Laughter can assist in bringing our MindBody System back into balance.
 
Fun, Joy, Happiness and laughter helps purge and counteracts the negative byproducts of anger, hate, frustration, disappointment, grief, and sadness, etc… the physical sensation of which we experience as dis-ease…, illness and other physical maladies and discomforts.
 
However, when I speak of laughter, I am not talking about the laughter we sometimes experience from a feeling of embarrassment, the core of that kind of laughter is of a negative or incongruent origin and therefore negative to the over health of the system (Human System – Mind, Body, Spirit, and Soul).

Recreation and Entertainment encompasses some of the ways of which we have fun and experience happiness.
 
In the Fun, Entertainment, and Recreation Center we will dive deep into what Fun, Entertainment, and Recreation is all about, and how we can use it to improve our health and enhance all aspect of life and the process of living.

In the 21st Century we find ourselves in unfamiliar territory.

The Landscape has changed from what it was in the past to something that has not yet been defined.

We are in the early stages of a new expedition. We are charting a course and learning how to survive in this new era of dynamic changes and shifting paradigms.

Some will see opportunities and charge ahead, others will follow closely, while many more can be left behind, lost and confused struggling to survive from one year to the next with little chance for living a successful life.
